In 2015, a Global Leadership Workshop was developed with extensive input from successful business leaders. The objective to provide participants with a structure for exploring and understanding effective leadership theories, principles, and processes. Workshop techniques, coupled with executive leader presentations helped attendees effectively apply this knowledge to their personal and professional lives. It is our belief that workshop participants will be able to combine the development of leadership skill sets with contemporary management techniques in the process of managing their business or governmental agencies. This will set them apart from their counterparts and they should experience a high level of career success.
